All items must be returned in new condition, with all original packaging.
SnugFleece Woolens also provides a limited One Year Manufacturing Warranty.

- All returns must have a RA Number(return Authorization), to insure a proper and timely credit.
- You are responsible for Shipping and Handling (both ways) on non-defective items returned.
